OBJECTIVE :

To mould the students to meet the corporate expectation and place them in reputed companies based on the expected Job profiles of each student.

PLACEMENT ACTIVITIES :

We have full-fledged Placement cell, which monitors the employment opportunities and arrange campus interviews for the final year students.

► Our Campus recruitment program starts by the beginning of the Pre-Final semester.

► The On Campus recruitment program keeps continuing till the end of their final semester.

► And after that we will be helping our students by arranging Off-Campus Interviews also.

► We do not encourage the students, those who are placed through campus selection in a company to attend the further campus interviews.

► The students those who have the plan to proceed for Higher Study will not be allowed to appear for the Campus Recruitments.

► Our management is having a strong policy to not to encourage the companies doing Education & Training activities to attract the students in the name of placement orders.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Our Placement and Training Cell offering Career Development Program for the students who are raring to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers according to their aspirations and background. The Training programs have been formulated after a through analysis of unique requirement of various companies as the required skills will vary according to the company’s requirement. We impart this training program with the help of reputed training Institutes. They enable our students to gain a competitive edge in the recruitment process, groom their confidence and develop their personality. OTHER TRAINING ACTIVITIES:

Regular Seminars are conducted to keep in touch with the recent trends in the Higher education scenario by resource persons from United States Educational Foundation in India (USEFI) - a part of U.S. Embassy, U.K. Consulate, Professors from Foreign Universities and our Alumni who have done Higher Studies and employed in India and Abroad.
GRE/MBA Entrance exam training has been started for pre-final year degree students, from February 2005. This is being conducted under the expert guidance of an experienced to face various Common Entrance Examination for MBA, GRE, GMAT and also help them in performing well in campus interviews. This course has been extended for second year students also from the academic year 2005 - 06, based on request from the students.
German language classes -“First Level” are conducted for pre-final year & 2nd year U.G. Students. A total of 85 students are attending in two batches. The students are given Merit Certificate at the end of the course. This helps them in their admissions at various universities abroad.
Networking courses are also conducted for students on the following areas : CCNA—CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK ADMINISTRATORS MCP—MICROSOFT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS MCSE—MICROSOFT CERTIFIED SOFTWARE ENGINEERS
Software courses for Non IT students are also conducted in the following areas : JAVA PROGRAMMING, ORACLE VISUAL PROGRAMMING,J2EE C & C + + PROGRAMMING INTERNET PROGRAMMING (HTML, XML, ASP, JAVA SCRIPT)
Performance Achievement Complimenting Training (PACT) used to be conducted for the topers in each semester Examination to excel in their Presentation skills, Professional Communication and to enrich their skills.
Conducting Aptitude test on every Monday for the pre final year students to groom them for the Campus recruitment drive in their final year.
Conducting Group Discussion department wise to find out the weaker students and train them to be effective on Group Discussions.
