Recently our university has signed a Memorandum of Understanding  with Qmax Test Technologies Pvt . Ltd., Chennai to set up an Advanced Test Engineering Lab at Sathyabama University for the benefit of student community and industries.  Short term courses/diploma courses/certificate course will be conducted in different test systems and hands on training will be given to student community, scientists & technicians from industries in collaboration with Q.Max.

Sathyabama University and University of Arkansas, United States of America had made a MoU to establish   “ Advanced Centre for Nanotechnology ” to strengthen the Nanotechnology infrastructure and foster research activities and impart higher education to UG, PG and Ph. D. students. A joint  R&D activity with University of Arkansas may also be carried out on Nanopackaging  , Nanotools, Nanowires, Nanobiotechnology, Nanomaterials, Nanophotonics, Nanomagnetics and development of Nanodevices etc . This will lead to creating more job opportunities and advancement of Nanotechnology.
