SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT ON AIRCRAFT DESIGN AT GLOBAL LEVEL
SPIRIT GLOBAL DESIGN CHALLENGE, a prestigious international competition was held by Spirit Aerosystems at USA on designing a 165 seater aircraft. From 07 July 2011 to 22 December 2011. Universities from USA (Wichita and Northcorolina), UK, Malaysia and India (three teams namely Sathyabama, Hindustan and SG College Karnataka) participated in the championship.
Our Aeronautical Engineering students namely Mr.ABINAV and Mr.ASFAQ ALI from final year represented Sathyabama University and won the Championship.
